Questions

Good to know

What does the reunion cost?

For the full weekend, $250 per adult and $150 per child. For a partial weekend, $150 per adult and $100 per child. Travel and your hotel room are separate — the room rate is $249 per night at the JW Marriott.

Where is everyone staying?

The JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District, on the riverfront in Historic Downtown. Two room types are set aside: two queens, or one king.

Is there a dress code?

Friday evening is Uninhibited White: An All-White Dinner & Cruise — the event aboard the Georgia Queen calls for all-white attire. Everything else across the weekend is casual.

What is there for the children?

Saturday at Forsyth Park is built for them: games, contests, life-sized Jenga, Spades and Dominoes, and the group photo at the fountain. Saturday evening includes video-game sessions for children.

What about our seniors?

Thursday opens with a hospitality suite and a seated welcome reception. Saturday evening has a River Street plan for seniors specifically, and Sunday closes with the farewell prayer breakfast and worship at First African Baptist Church.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Reunion Fees can be paid in two installments: the 1st payment is due on or by January 1, 2027, and the final payment by March 30, 2027. Sponsorships are due on or by January 1, 2027.

What is the refund policy?

There isn't one. Administering refunds would be too cumbersome, so fees are non-refundable. Partial payments go toward the weekend for other family members attending in 2027, and any overpayments roll forward to the 2029 planning committee.

How do I pay and book my room?

Pay your Reunion Fees online through our secure payment page. Book your room using the hotel link below. The family itinerary app is coming soon and will be linked from the section below.
